چکیده
We consider the formation of forked diffraction gratings on surface a multilayer structure based chalcogenide glass semiconductors As2S3 and a-Se is. The distribution electric field components upon interference beams with different polarization states is analyzed theoretically. possibility direct holographic writing “forked” demonstrated. parameters vortex laser generated by microrelief formed are examined.
